Fargo Park District Tee Time Booking and No-Show Policy -- Effective April 20, 2026

The purpose of this policy is to protect fair access to tee times, increase availability, and reduce unused reservations at Fargo Park District golf courses. By requiring timely cancellations and updates, this policy helps make more tee times available to more golfers throughout the season.

Fargo Park District will not charge a no-show fee. Tee time reservations made through ForeUp will be supported by Noteefy, which will send reminder notifications 48 hours and 24 hours before the scheduled tee time. Reminder notifications will be sent by email and text when contact information is available in ForeUp.

A tee time violation occurs in one of two circumstances:

  • A no-show occurs when no players arrive for a reserved tee time and the reservation was not canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled tee time.
  • A short-show occurs when fewer players arrive than were reserved and the reservation was not adjusted at least 2 hours before the scheduled tee time.

All cancellations and player-count changes must be made no later than 2 hours before the scheduled tee time to avoid a violation. Cancellations may be made by responding to the original ForeUp reservation, via Noteefy reminders or by calling the golf shop directly. Player-count modifications can be made through the account used to book the reservation or by calling the golf shop directly. Changes will not be accepted by email or voicemail.

After 2 tee time violations during the golf season, the account used to make the reservation will lose online booking privileges for the remainder of that season. After that point, tee times may only be booked by phone and must be prepaid at the time of booking. Any new account created to avoid these restrictions will be deactivated immediately, and any tee times associated with that account may be canceled.

Requests for review based on emergencies or unavoidable circumstances must be submitted by email to golfrequest@fargoparks.com within 24 hours of the missed tee time. This policy may be updated as needed to support fair access and efficient tee sheet management.
